Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat invited Jakarta residents to use paid plastic bag. It is aimed ti decrease plastic use which can harm the environment.

According to him, garbage volume in Jakarta reaches 6,500 ton per day and 15 percent are plastic.
